Just received a call from the Ford IVT team. They confirmed that the issue with switching to bluetooth streaming after using Siri is a know bug that will be fixed in the next Sync 3 release. They had some more questions related to the apps appearing and disappearing in App Link. They have asked me to try it with another phone and report back if I still have that issue. She did not have a date for when the next update would be released, but glad to see that they are working on it.
