I bought mine at the end of last month and got almost exactly 25% off MSRP, you are looking at something close to that deal. I didn't trade anything in either, kept the old car for my daughter's first car.

I'd still have them give you a number on your trade. If it's not where you want it, tell them what you need for it or you will just keep it.

I recently got an email from them advertising an xlt for 31.5% off so I'll try to see if they can give me a similar percentage off this truck I'm after.

Is that before TTL, Warranty, Etc....?

Or out the door?

Oh and WTH is Chrome-Like Wheels for $990.

I'd love it if they would take that $990 of and sell me the truck with no wheel and put that towards a Chrome-Real Wheel!

Also isn't it true they can make the "invoice" say anything they want? Meaning it's not actually the true invoice.

I'm sure they can. He told me he would lose money in order to sell it to me today for $45k. I didn't believe a word he said. But I never said $45k, that came from him, so I feel like I might be able to squeeze a little more out of him.

My brother is the sales manager at a Ford dealer, and I'm the proud owner of a 2015 platinum....heres how it works with price...Most dealers are willing to sell the car/truck for invoice, then deduct any/all rebates and dealer incentives. Now, there is a dealer "hold back" that the dealer gets on every vehicle, on a f-150 its somewhere between $800 and $1300 depending on the price of the truck. Some dealers will dip into hold back to get a deal done, and some won't! So, invoice, minus rebates/incentives, maybe some of the holdback and theres your price. Keep in mind most dealers have a "admin" fee or "doc" fee thats usually between $100 and $500. These numbers are completely independent of any other expenses or interest if your financing. All ford dealers pay the same for their cars/trucks. There is some variation with rebates depending on your location but thats usually pretty minimal. Be VERY reluctant if your salesman is offering you what appears to be a unusually low price!! I promise you the dealership is not going to lose money to sell you a car!! hope this helps!

So in your opinion, what would be an unusually low price for a loaded $58k Lariat?
