So I've got a weird situation. Hopefully people are still following this thread.
I did the harness and door module, switch swap on my 2018. I used the harness that Tasca had listed for MY18. I switched the wires for pin 18 and 19. Made all the documented changes on forscan for the lincoln style autofold. The odd part is when I lock the doors with the fob they don't fold in. If I fold the mirrors with the button and get out and lock the truck with the fob they fold out. If I leave them out and open the drivers door the mirrors fold in. It's like something is reversed. I tried switching pin 18&19 back to the stock location i no longer have autofold.
I did what you want to do on my 2015 Screw sport here is the parts you will need note the mirror part numbers are for paint to match skull caps and bliss I had to take the skull caps off my original mirrors and install on new mirrors. all part numbers are 1ea.

If you do not have bliss the mirror numbers are different.
All new functions can be programmed with Forscan conversion took me
about 6 hrs to do including programming. Also you will have to
re pin the new door harness from a 8 pin plug to a 4 pin plug on
the door lick switch plug drivers side only unless you have memory
seats etc.
How did it work? I had a question about the door harnesses. Seems like Ford uses odd numbers on the right and even on the left side of a vehicle, but the letters are the same if supporting the same function (Mirrors are 682-AD (Left) and 683-AD (Right)). So the harness numbers don't seem to follow that thinking. I'm adding an attachment to better explain what I'm trying to say. Are the FL3Z14630E and FL3Z14631A door harnesses correct? Did it work?

Anyone have any mirrors they can suggest?
I currently have heated, power mirrors with the auto dimming driver mirror.
I want to get Tow mirrors, Telescoping, Power Fold, auto dimming driver would be nice but not a must have.
Not sure i want to spend the $$$ required for Ford Mirrors. Anyone have any suggestions or feedback?
I ordered these Trail Ridge Tow Mirrors from 1A-Auto that also have Blind Spot Indicators(I am trying to retro BLIS as well) for $577 (they are also on Ebay)
I think they have a slightly cheaper set that is Power Folding without BLIS.
Appreciate the parts list, need to double check my build date but will likely be ordering the same.

I wanted to share with you the latest revision to the retrofit document. The value to program 740/741-03-01 has been changed. This new value has eliminated the U0208:00 DTC in the PDM & DDM without any change to the functionality of the power fold mirrors.

thank you! So the memory feature? if im retrofiting to an XLT which doesnt have memory buttons for the mirrors do i want memory on or off? im a little confused as to what the memory does.. I noticed all the power fold mirrors i was looking at have memory..

At 740/741-06-01 you want Memory - Disabled (same as your XLT is currently programmed)
