Default Repeatable vibration help please.

Looking for some input on stuff to check, 2016 F150 5.0 with 176,000km has a very repeatable kind of low speed vibration or hesitation I can only describe as intermittent unbalanced tire feeling or a very slight hesitation causing a rhythmic wobble feeling in the seat in very specific circumstances. Slight incline, low throttle 1700 RPM plus or minus a bit.

Have tried shifting down when it happens and feels like maybe it lessens it but borderline the same.

going in tomorrow for front hubs as they are growling and need done anyway. Would a wheel bearing or hub do that? Maybe vacuum leak? Misfire?

What do you think? Anyone had this problem and solved it?

Might be bad wheel bearing. My truck symptom gas pedal vibrations. Dealer replaced wheel hub . Vibration decrease but still feel a little.

Wheel bearing and hub are the same thing. I think you mean IWE?
Doesn't sound like IWE, they grind. Sounds more like a wheel bearing to me.
Since it's going in for hubs, let us know what happens after the replacement, that would eliminate a wheel bearing, and we can go from there.
Add full truck specs like trim package, XLT, Lariat, etc.

also, SCREW 6.5 ft bed? When did the vibration start? Any changes before it started? When were the plugs changed last?

The shorter one 5.5’ bed I think they call it. Crew cab yes. Plugs got done about 40,000km ago.

No other changes, just started noticing it a couple hundred Km ago. Not getting any worse for sure. Just the same. Slight incline it’s most noticeable. Can’t really tell if it’s doing it on flat ground.

have never changed back shocks was thinking that could be part of it?

Yeah for sure. Wanted to give it a couple days see how it held up.

Vibration still present for sure in same circumstance, no rpm change, doesn’t seem to matter what gear really. Slight incline only really. but with fresh bearings it did have a slight vibe at 110-120km/hr even on flat.

so going to get tires rebalanced first, then install new back shocks.

I just don’t feel like it’s a misfire with the Rpm staying smooth and different gears seeming to not effect it as much as I first thought.

On the good news side, Falken wild peaks are nice and quite it was a hub growling the whole time haha.

Bad wheel bearing will not make it misfire .But it will make the truck vibrate. And if not correct over time your tire could come off . Wheel Hub will make noises and all so vibrate. Those two factors I cant seem for them interfering with low throttle. .
