misfire not confirmed at all yet, and yeah I’m aware wheel bearings don’t cause misfire lol

It’s the pulsing kind of feeling that made me think it could be one or the other.

anyone here had a 5.0 with a misfire? What did it feel like? Was it quite obvious? Rpm changes?

The slight vibe or pulsing feeling is it coming from the gas pedal? I’m still trying to figure out my truck affer replacing the right side bearing.

I feel it in the seat mostly. Hard to say. Definitely not distinct gas pedal feeling.
