I listen to the radio most of the time while I have Waze or google maps running. Especially since I have HD radio now.

AA sucks! Anytime I stream music from Amazon music AA crashes. If I'm streaming from Radio.com app it crashes. If I sneeze or blink too quickly it crashes. It crashes, it crashes! It's like people driving on icey roads in Texas.

Then you have something wrong. Something in your USB port on phone (lint) or a bad install of app or something. The only issue I have had with AA was when I installed that first hacked version of sync 3.0

Just keep in mind that neither Android Auto or Apple car play would do what you are wanting it to do. I'd love to see Ford & Google (or Apple) place nicely with each other and integrate their maps into the sync Home screen, but I can't realistically see that ever happening.

I agree with ThomasM and MarkY... Not for daily driving. I use AA in to launch Google Maps in traffic jams, otherwise Sync-Nav is fine and Sirius or USB Music is good.

For me AA does everything it's advertised to do, well. Other than trying it for the novelty, I don't use it.

I think a number of issues are related to which apps you use.

amazon music seems to be very buggy. Spotify seems to work great - and for people that constantly use waze or google maps - they have an integration tie Google Play music seems to work solid too.

So far I like it but I look forward to the update that uses BT/wifi bridge so I don't have to plug in. I don't have to charge my mobile all the time - so I don't need to plug in the cord for those reasons. I'd like to avoid it.

not a major issue just a minor one.

I love the fact I can actually be read Facebook Messenger messages, and reply to them by voice! All hands free after the initial touch of the notification.

Having spotify play tunes is pretty nice, oh and begin able to "OK Google" search for whatever song I want is pretty awesome too

I use it for Waze/Google Maps. Works flawlessly.
