If you look up VIN, you can see options... its a platinum lux w/ 3.31 EL + tow package + sunroof... In regards to max tow... the only difference is 3.55 vs the 3.31. Max tow no longer adds to the payload in '15 MY.
To give comparison, this truck is on par to a '14 max tow with similar options and is way more than a non max tow '14.

Someone just posted a 1667 payload sticker for they're new lariat. Only 39 lbs more than the platinum posted on here. Guess that's what the massaging seats and tailgate badge weigh.

I'd really like to see a number for a fully loaded lariat or platinum without moonroof. Anyone?

Quite a few differences... the platinum has cameras, radar, etc... the lariat doesn't have the tech package/adaptive cruise/etc. The Lariat also had 18s.
Both had sunroofs which I've heard is ~ 200# but not confirmed yet.

One reason the weight delta is close... the Platinum had a 23G tank vs the 36 on the lariat. 13 * 6 + 20lb = ~ 100# for larger fuel tank.

Daaaaan just posted his sticker. 1507 lbs on his platinum. Think the difference from the other platinum is cus of the extended range tank?

1628 vs 1507 is 121#
The differences are:
Daaaaan's has 36 vs 23 tank - likely 90-100#, max tow vs regular tow (3.55 vs 3.31 gear) - not sure how much this actually changes the weight, side box steps - maybe 20-40#?, and lastly active park assist... though I can't see how that would affect weight as my guess is its purely a software addition.

So, I could see the 23 vs 36 gallon tank being 100# and the side box steps being 20# (total) which would equate to the 121# delta.

Still waiting to see a platinum payload w/o the sunroof.

Comparing daaaans platinum to the lariat...
Differences are 20s vs 18s, tech package, adaptive cruise, massaging seats, gearing (tow vs max), box steps, power vs fixed running boards...
The lariat in this case weighs ~160# less... assuming the same as previous post... that's 140# for combination of adaptive cruise/tech package, interior differences (massaging seats), and 20" vs 18" wheels/tires...
My guess is the wheels/tires make up at least half of that difference.

Great, thank you. Got a pretty good picture now of upper trim payloads. Please someone post a sticker for a loaded upper trim model without moonroof.
