Need more info. Is your truck bone stock or have you done any modifications to it? What module(s) is/are the codes from? Are there any other numbers after the main DTC code? For example, there 4 possible "sub codes" of B1083 in the FCDIM (B1083:07, :11, :12, :13).

FCIM B1083:07-08 - Recirculation Damper Motor: Mechanical Failure

Description:
This sub type is used for mechanical failures that cannot be assigned to a specific sub type.

Diagnostic Aids:

Inspect for binding or damaged linkage or door. If no condition is found, install a new air inlet mode door actuator

FCIM B11F0:14-08 - Air Intake Damper Position Sensor: Circuit Short to Ground or Open

Description:
This DTC sets when the module senses less than 1 volt on the actuator feedback circuit, indicating an open circuit or a short to ground.

Possible Causes:
  • Wiiring, terminals or connectors
  • Air inlet door actuator
  • Air inlet door binding or stuck
  • FCIM
SCCM U2101:00-08 - Control Module Configuration Incompatible: No Additional Information

Description:

This DTC sets due to an incorrect or incomplete module configuration.

Possible Causes:
  • Module not Programmed
  • Incorrect As-built data

okay so let me try to understand, where is door located and where is the inlet door actuator??
do you think the 2nd code have to do with there first one?? since we both related to the same issue? I am thinking to go get a door actuator today and install it, I tried to look them up online and they weren't expensive at all.

as for the 3rd code what does that mean module not programmed? what module is it? and how to fix that?

You have an XLT which has EMTC (Electronic Manual Temperature Control). The components are shown below. Only if you have DATC (Dual Automatic Temperature Control), which comes with Lariat and above, is there left and right side doors.

Both of the first two codes are related to the air inlet door. The air inlet door actuator is hard to access and usually requires removing the entire dashboard assembly.

The third code is coming from the SCCM (Steering Column Control Module). This module deals with the signals from the steering wheel switches and multi-function switch. Have you or a previous owner made changes to the As-built PIDs (with FORScan) for this module or replaced the module without it being properly programmed?

I just replaced the air distribution acculator which is number 1 on the diagrams located under the steering wheel kinda toward the middle next to the gas pedal, I was able to get down there and replace it. I cleared the codes and will check again in few days to see if that cleared it . If the code still showing I’ll replace number 3 . I saw some videos where you can access it without taking off the whole dash board

as for the 3rd code. The right side of the steering wheel buttons don’t work and they never did since I got the truck maybe that’s why it’s throwing a code ?? Cus part of the steering wheel not recognizable or not working ? It’s the buttons that control like the volume and change channels or music and such

The first two of your codes are related to Item 3 so I wouldn't be surprised if they come back.
