Default N-Fab Side Step Install Issue

So for everyone who has put these on, have you encountered this issue? The hanging brackets line up perfectly with the studs but the front of the step bar seems to be too long to clear this metal "tab" that hangs down behind the front wheel well. I have sent pictures to N-Fab and they want me to get some measurements on the bar, which I'll get tomorrow. Until then, anyone else seen this problem?

Thanks in advance.

The measurements I sent in indicate that I did receive the correct bars. They said there is a "vey specific" way that these have to be installed and that doing the install by yourself is "nearly impossible".

Can any one conform this lol??

Thanks y'all.

I put mine on by myself. I don't remember exactly how difficult it was. I might have used a jack or jack stand to hold up one side of the running board while I held the other in place. did your truck have factory running boards? I don't recall having anything like what you have on your truck that is prevention the installation. do you have anymore pictures?

Yea, it had the factory boards. They came off no problem. These are the only other pictures I have right now:
