From what he mentioned earlier (I forget exactly) its more than likely water went where it shouldn't have. Either OP

1- Did this when he went into that "mud" pit (I say mud very lightly, the pic looks like a giant puddle of water)

2- OP said he washed under the hood, if that's the case there's a good chance he sprayed sensitive electronics

Either way he has to go to the dealer for that diagnosis

Maybe. Didn't he say it was happening BEFORE he washed under the hood, though?

I went back to read his comments, he mentioned he spent an hour washing the underbody & engine before he took it out. However, he said the exact warning light he got before it died was "Charging System Warning". A quick search found this

http://repairpal.com/charging-system-warning-light

Basically, best case scenario is our boy left the lights on while cleaning his car (I've done it on my previous car). Worse case scenario he damaged the alternator or some other component when mudding or washing

this was my mud rig and daily driver for over 2 years- went through 3 rear ends, and a transfer case, changed the clutch line in Maine in a snowstorm, but I never got stuck in it! 4" lift, 35" BFG all terrains, stock 350 with 165000 miles, sm465, NP208 transfer case- I had it up to the rockers in mud, and it kept pulling

I used to "off road" (not in mud) in my first truck, a 1989 2wd S10 when I first got my license- I bought it with my parents, and could not register it until I paid my parents back ($1275) and finished fixing all the stuff it needed. I paid my own insurance and drove the wheels off it for 3 years - That truck meant a lot, and hurt when I sold it.

UPDATE:

I got my truck back from ford today. They said I had a bad battery and alternator. Labor and parts was covered by warranty. She runs great now!

Thanks everyone that helped me with my wheel problems!

Man...really? That looks all kinds of cringy. I would put her on a lift and low pressure wash it real good underneath. Don't take in into Ford with a hand wash to the outside/fenders and the underbelly looking all nasty.

If I were the dealer, I would ask you point blank.... "We'll where have you been this weekend?" Chances are if you have some rocks between your pads and rotors, they will fix it for you....for a price.
