Mpg with level kit....
I just bought a 2015 F-150 super crew lariat with the 2.7L eco boast. I opted for this motor as this will be my daily driver and wanted to save on gas vs the bigger Motors.
I am really tempted to add a level kit and upgrade wheels to 33 inch wheels but don’t want to lose the fuel efficiency. Can anyone with a 2.7 and bigger wheels report their mpg.
Thanks in advance !

MPG varies widely among different people and places.
The better question may be how much did their level effect MPG, followed by what size lift and tires they installed.
I have a 3.5EB (so not an exact match for you), added 1” front level and 33” tires. At the same time, I went from all terrains to Michelin Defenders (highway tread). My MPG stayed about the same once I factored in that I’m covering 3.6% more distance than the truck recognizes (works out to about 0.5 MPG).

I have a 2016 Lariat Screw 2.7 Eco 3.55 gears, I installed the Eibach level shocks at 1.4" and run 275/60/20 Hankooks, they are 33". Haven't seen any change in my mileage. My daily driving consists of 99% in town, lots of stop signs, red lights and moderate traffic. Averages 16 mpg.

I had a leveling kit on my truck for a year before I went with bigger tires. Saw no difference in MPG's with the stock tires.
When I added larger, heavier off road tires, I lost approx 1MPG. Stock tires were 39lbs each. My all terrains are 61lbs each. I changed rims, but the new rims were the same weight and and close to same size as stock.

I have a 3.5 eco. Did a 1" spacer on front and from stock 20s to P285/70R17 (32.8"). I lost about 1 mpg on average due to the taller, heavier tires. I believe gear ratio also affects the amount of mileage drop - I have 3.31s and believe my mileage drop would have been less with 3.55 or 3.73. I run a 5Star 87 p/t tune and adjusted the speedometer as well. In spite of adjusting everything, I can tell the taller tires affect cruising on the highway; it kicks out of both torque converter lock and 6th gear more often at speeds below 80 mph. It's especially noticeable from 55-65, which is the bulk of my highway driving. Really didn't notice much difference in in-town driving.
2.5 inch level, 35/12.5/18 Nitto Trails and stock sport wheels
highway 17-20 if I keep my rpms below 2000 and cruising speed between 65-75. Cant go too fast in Cali. **** ton of cops plusother idiot drivers
streets 14mpg. Disable the auto start/stop function through forscan
