Mark Fields
Patently false. I've met Mark. He is one of the nicest, most down to earth CEOs on the planet. Can he fix every customers problems or complaints? Obviously not, but to try to say he doesn't care is flat out wrong.
Who cares what he drives and why is he obligated to own/drive one?
I drive whatever I want to drive. I'm sure he drives what he wants to drive as do most of us. If it's not a truck, so what.

Mark Fields is President and CEO of a major, international corporation. In this role, his duty is first and foremost to the short-sighted shareholders who focus more on quarterly results than long-term health of the company and products, and not specifically to a few disgruntled customers who want Ford drivetrains but FCA infotainment systems. There are a lot of competing aspects to vehicle infotainment systems, such as needing to be viable for several-years-long production runs, needing to more or less function for 5-10 years on the road, etc. It's not a trivial undertaking. I'm a professional computer geek and one aspect or another of every infotainment system I've ever dealt with is disappointing or annoying, from $25k cars to $125k cars. The aftermarket head unit in my '07 has its issues too, and it's not even as constrained as a factory system.
Oh, and back to Fields... in a 2015 interview he said he'd been driving an MKC for several months. I'm sure he has plenty of fleet vehicles at his disposal.
