Oops my bad. Sorry, just googled the gorilla lugs and yes they are compatible. It's just when you look at any aftermarket lugs with the external spline and then you have an OEM wheel. Just can't put two and two together as the OEM's have a different seating position in the wheel. Just don't want anyone putting wrong lugs nuts with a different seating as this can damage there wheels or even worse fall off while driving.

I understand what you are saying ricky.I installed the Gorillas on my Accord and I had to buy the ball seat style.
Thanks, Dan
Someone on Amazon compared the McGard with Ford factory locking nuts and made a good point about the contact area being too small on the McGard and putting too much pressure on the wheel...
Honestly I don't know why anyone bothers to put locking lugs on their wheels.
Every time I've ever needed tires rotated or have lost the key and authorized the mechanics to remove the wheels, they have had no issues removing the locking wheel nuts without damaging the wheels.
Hell I went to Princess Auto and bought a wheel nut removal kit because I kept losing the keys, then just stopped getting them put on.
Deterrance. Telling the crook to find an easier target.

The review is made by someone that doesn't know or didn't search the reason.
It's because most of aftermarket wheels have a smaller diameter nut seat and the Ford nuts won't fit.
McGuard sells both seat dimensions.
The Ford nuts were too big to fit my Fuel wheels, so I ordered a set the dimension you show in the picture.
The dealer that I got my truck from puts locking nuts on all the vehicles they get in. My dad used to work at a dealership and he told me that $100K worth of wheels and tailgates were stolen in one weekend once.
