Reminds me, my truck will be 5 years old at the end of this year (already!), so I should probably change my fob batteries, just because. The fob can still lock and start the truck from at least 100 yards away.

Old thread, revived. 🤷 I have replaced my fob batteries at least 4 times in 8 years. The last set only lasted 4 or 5 months. Must have gotten a bad set from Walmart.
