Well, I spoke too soon.
It seems that when I get in the truck after an extended period, the truck reloads maps, contacts, etc. So, it must kick the last song out of some sort of memory cache, and starts all over. I disabled contact updates, but Stync is still reloading all sorts of stuff after the truck sits a while.

I recommend performing a module reset since the truck is reloading information. To reset the module: Select radio > Hold the power button (center of the volume ****) + the right-seek button at the same time for up to 5 seconds.

Thanks. Tried it. No luck. Again, after the truck sits, it goes into a total reload of maps and contacts, so I assume it resets the last song.
