This app is in need of a serious update, but it's old technology for Ford and SyncConnect is the new future. I wish they would update it though and have Apple watch support.

I had an update a few days ago for the app on my Galaxy S6, and it's been messed up ever since.

This is the third or fourth service interruption since installing the unit a couple of months ago. They usually last a day or two. However, at least the truck will start during this round of technical difficulties.

Tech support at 800 fordkey was able to fix my truck from being in the power save mode by sending the "find my truck" signal from their dealer portal. Thanks to those who gave input.

Well, that didn't last long. The app began working correctly a couple of days ago, now I'm receiving another error message and the truck isn't starting with the remote start. I love this thing when it works, but this is probably the sixth service interruption I've experienced since installing this unit a couple of months ago.

I called 1-800-FORDKEY and their offices are currently closed and their message says that they are relocating their facility which will be up and running on Monday. Maybe this will fix the problem.

Consider that a glitch. Since the update a few days ago, my truck will start, but there's no indication as such via the app. The timer no longer appears when the truck starts.
