I like the lighting at night from beneath the mirrors. When they are folded in, the light doesn't work so well.
Not sure I'd like that option...

I don't sit in my truck long enough at night in park to care about the lights. I meant for the functionality reason in parking spaces and my garage, etc.

I'm referring to when you park the vehicle and go into a store or restaurant. When you come back out the lights show you where the running boards are and allowvyou yo see if anyone is near your vehicle. If the mirrors are folded in the lights do not project very well.

the Lariat with 502A gets you folding mirrors, auto unlock, and it can be had for much less than $52k.... Mine has those features and they work well. Auto unlock requires one of the front doors to open first.

I have the Lariat 502A with Sport Appearance and although I didn't pay that, it listed for $52k. Auto unlock is put in park and all doors unlock, not open one door , Other doors unlock - hence the term "auto unlock". If you have a low washer fluid indicator show us a pic. Auto folding mirrors is just an option I'd like to be able to enable in 2015.

What is your problem? You keep responding with lame ***** comments that have nothing to do with the topic. Have you even read what I've said or even what you are saying?

You don't want auto folding mirrors because of the light they project when folded? Sweet, I'm sorry you walk with a flashlight and a can of mase everywhere.

You say the trucks come with auto unlock but you have to open a door first - awesome, you have no idea what auto means when referring to park.

I say we should have a low washer fluid light and you claim you have all 3 of these with your Lariat 502A yet you can't show a pic. I bet you get 24 MPG too.

Who's not posting valuable posts here? Quit hiding behind your keyboard and quit starting trouble. I was hoping for ways to make these things happen that maybe I've missed in research. The only thing I've found you've contributed is a hard time. My, now 20, posts have more sense and direction than anything you've said on here obviously.

Again, because you appear to not be getting it:

You said we did NOT have 3 features and you listed them above. I then said the 502A does have 2 of the 3 features you listed - pointing out you were wrong. I never said we had the 3rd feature (low washer fluid light), if you care, re-read my posts and again - realize that you are again, wrong. You do have "auto folding mirrors". You do have "auto unlock".

It's Thanksgiving... be thankful for what you have and quit b!tch!ng about what you don't have. Geesh. Go by a Chevy and get over it already.

I don't get how someone with 20 posts, most of which are ALL complaining about FORD makes you a useful forum member. Especially when you complain about things and you don't even know what the heck you are talking about.

Seriously, after 15 years with Chevy, just go buy another one and ruin their forum with your negativity and personal attacks. You sir are now blocked!

Is it auto if I have to make it do something? No.
Auto folding isn't a feature. Auto unlock is all doors. I wouldn't trade this truck in for another Chevy, just wondering why this isn't a feature with a truck of this stature. Glad you're more interested in arguing than fixing or, as the thread says "Tips, Tricks...".

Carry on Debbie

I too am tired of all the negativity. Complaining about a real problem to warn forum members is one thing, but complaining about not having certain options doesn't solve anything.
