It is one of the display options in the instrument cluster. Just scroll thru there and you will find it. What it displays is the same look as the navi has when in the home screen. Just an arrow with distance before you turn, etc.

If you are talking about the display I think you are then you have to have a destination set on the main navigation screen, then you can just page down on the gauge selections on the cluster. If a destination isn't set on the main navigation then it won't even show up at all on the cluster.

I use the adaptive cruse control constantly without issue. I typically have it set to 1 or 2 bar following distance.

The tip is, you can modulate your following distance when behind someone that is slowing down to turn by increasing your following distance, then lowering it the closer you get to the slowing vehicle. This allows the truck to slow itself at a nice pace, without running up on someone before the brakes self engage.

Default Backup beeper

Swapped our 2011 Scab for a 2015 Screw, and my wife wanted a cap on this one, so we added a nice Leer and like it. BUT it's harder to see what's back there when backing up. So I'd like to add a reverse warning beeper to it. I looked through the forum, but didn't find where anyone else had blazed this trail, so I'll ask here:
What's the best way to go about this? I know there are replacement bulbs with built-in beepers available for backup lights, but is this the way to go? Any preferences/suggestions/warnings on this?
Thanks!

Anyway to improve the sound of Sirius? Sounds like it is completely washed out. Every source sounds better....

OK, here the pix of the "false bottom" in the ctr console I posted about earlier. Pretty cool!

What I don't get is why THAT pulls out, but the cup holders don't. I would like to pull them out and wash out anything that spills or drips. Meanwhile at least 2 of the 3 storage areas have removable trays. (I can't remember if the one where your sharpie is removes or not.)

Good point Piercedtiger.... it would be nice for clean-up. Yes, the little mat where the Sharpie is does come out. Nothing underneath, tho....

I thought under that little mat where the sharpie is sitting is where the sensor where you place your key fob for when the battery goes dead on it?

I think the "sharpie spot" is removed to manually release the transmission shift lock. Like say you're battery is dead and you need to tow it. There should be a button in there to manually release the shifter lock for center console shifters.

And my cup holder bottoms are removable for clean up. You can see the little tabs in the picture for removal. Albeit only the bottom comes out so you'll have to wipe down the sides old fashioned like with a rag.
