Lol, I think thats a sweet rifle set up. Probably the most secure place you could put that thing without dropping $$$ on a gun lock/safe. Noone would ever look there.
Thanks. I got the idea from a guy on another forum. With the seat normal, you cant see the gun from underneath and unless you know how to fold the seat down, its fairly secure.
Should keep it hidden from a quick smash and grab if that were to happen.
Finally finished this whole thread. It helped that I changed the default to 40 items per page so I only had 29 pages to go through. The one thing I didn't see (either here or in the manual) is the maximum size for either USB drive or SD card. Does anybody know? Also found some great ideas (in this thread) for specific accessories so they're going on my shopping list.

I have a full 64 gb USB drive in the wife's 16 escape with sync 3. All songs work

2015 Lariat with full package
So not sure what recently changed, but now if I leave my truck unlocked it will auto lock after a period of time. Didnt used to do this, but I do see a setting in the advanced menu that says auto-lock. Assume this is it. Nice feature.
Also just realized, if you leave your headlights on (not auto sensing mode), they will turn off automatically after a period of time. Maybe 10 minutes or so. I almost always use the auto sensing lights so had never realized. Another good safety feature.

I have a 2016 F150 sport XLT with the 302a package. I do not have a SD card slot nor a audio line in plug like in the picture below. I only have the 12v power port and 2 USB ports side by side of each other. Is the audio line in plug hidden somewhere else?

That is how it has been working for me. I have purposely not locked it a few times over the last week, but then it has locked itself. I know it has not done this previously, as I have accidentally not locked it in my driveway at home and found it still unlocked the next morning.
So no idea how this is suddenly working. But appreciate the extra security, as I can sometimes forget.
