You should utilize a site like Truecar or Edmunds to determine the invoice on your truck and negotiate around that price. Or search x-plan and get it through an association. Or use USAA or Costco or....

Not sure what purpose was served by an exhaustive listing of options

If you can get it for $2000 - $3000 below invoice, without rebates, I think you're doing fine

Why do you want the ramps and snow plow prep package? Unless you're in the panhandle, you won't be getting much snow if any. Even the panhandle usually gets dusted. If you're looking at the 16's then you probably won't get much in discounts. XLT $51k is a little high for what people have been saying they've paid. For everything minus the 2 items I mentioned, I think you should be in the mid 40's before the 5k down. You could possibly be less depending on what dealer you go to and what kind of deals they are able to do.

Take all of the advise with a grain of salt though. It's your money that's being spent, so get what you want/need.

To find a 2015 on the lot with all of those options will be near impossible. If you settle for a 2015 on a dealer lot with a many options as possible, you should get a least $9,000 off MSRP - maybe even more.

If you order a 2016 exactly as you wish, you may be able to get a couple thousand off MSRP.

During the family and friends promotion, a truck with a MSRP of $51,000 would have been about $9,000 off MSRP ... just walk in and buy ... no haggling. Some claimed they could get a few thousand more off MSRP.

The Heavy Duty Payload package is still delayed as a late-availability option, with builds not scheduled yet but expected to start "sometime in the first quarter of 2016". You won't find any on any dealer's lots.

Researching the vehicle, I ordered the Lariat, MSRP was only 53K. A lot more features for not much more money, and I keep my trucks for a long time.

there is already a whole thread on pricing somewhere around here

edit:

https://www.f150forum.com/f118/just-...e-paid-295614/

Give it another day and nighthawk will create another thread on pricing or incentives.

To OP... I think if you scan the threads on prices you will see that although some find a gem of a deal at >$1500 under invoice, most seem to average $500-$1000 under... and if you get to $1500 you are doing really well. Deals more than $1500 seem to be rare... or not comparing apples to apples.

When I went looking for prices, my definition of invoice included dest chg, adv fee, fuel charge and package discounts. Some dealers will try to tell you invoice does not include package discounts, and say you are getting $2000 under invoice but in fact you are getting $0 under invoice. Just look at the real factory invoice and the numbers don't lie. If a dealer won't show it to you, then you can always go elsewhere.
