I also notice you circled both the turn signal and side marker light on the picture you added. Are you looking to turn both off with the lights on?

 

With your headlights on, your center turn signal and the side marker will illuminate. That’s normal.

That’s a duel filament bulb. Low filament is on when running, high is your flashing turn signal.

Again, completely normal.
