do you have the battery status at 90? Or 95?
All the 13th gen have the directional feature. It’s called bump to pass. If you push the turn signal stock down to before it clicks, you’ll get 3 blinks. It changes to 5 when you have a trailer hooked up.

I’ve always left mine as in as I see no reason to extent as the feature is for quick lane changes.

Hopefully you did a full backup before doing any forscan changes. Just know it’s easy to go overboard and screw things up, so just a little caution.

I never changed my battery status, and didn't see what that setting was when I was in Forscan. And not sure of your trim level comes with, mine is a 302a, but it's easy to check to see if you have the blinker option. Just press down on the lever until you feel it about to click into position like you're turning. Nice to have IMO.

Headlight on, my turn bulbs
luminate, now when I use the turn signal they flash but then they go back laminate. Is that normal?

For all the times I had pulled up to a store with windows, I can't say I remember, but I'll be heading out to drop something off at UPS in a bit, and I'll let you know what I see.

My Amber turn signal lights do not illuminate when my headlights are on. And I did try both settings, both on auto and with the switch turn to on , hope that helps . But I noticed too that you had to make some changes because you have a Canadian truck , you might need to go back into forrscan.

do you think maybe every truck is different ? I have 2019 f150 2.7 eco boost. So the only thing suppose to be on when light come on is the side marker not the actual turn signal laminate right ?

I wish I could say for sure, but only know what mine does. It's my first F150, and even with all the research I did before buying this one (I was in a rush as I was rear-ended, totaled my Silervado, and didn't have the luxury of time to shop around) I learned so much more from this forum and Youtube. There's a lot of knowledgeable forum members on here, I'm sure one will come across this thread and give you the correct answer. Maybe also try posting on the Forscan thread, you might get that answered there, seems these is always a link to that on the email that comes in for this forum everyday.

Carefull with messing around in the Forscan. People have made their trucks a garage ornament. I hope you did the As Built backup before doing anything in there.
