Had the front camera washer on my 2019 Lariat start leaking and leaving a puddle in the driveway overnight a few weeks ago. I took it in under warranty and supposedly fixed. It started leaking again the same way in the next couple of days and again took it in under warranty and jet kit and hose replaced and fixed again. Then a couple of weeks after that it started leaking again so I just disconnected the hose going to the front camera washer as I didn't want my grill disassembled again, the last time one of the push pins was missing on top.
I don't miss it one bit and no more leaks of washer fluid in my driveway now. I haven't had any problems with the front camera being too dirty to use even without the front washer and if it does get dirty just wipe it off with your thumb.

I don’t think you have a leak, I think you have a bad check valve allowing the water to siphon out.

Bad check valve, three times in a row, could be but I think it's a bad design much like the frozen door latch problem. Two other members on the Forum have the same problem that I know of. I'll leave it as is now with the line disconnected since it solved the leak.

No I wouldn’t think 3 times. I didn’t see where you said they replaced the check valve so that’s why I suggested it.

The check valve is actually in the hose which was replaced (JL3Z-17A605-B), here's a picture of the hose with the valve in it. Hopefully they can get this fixed for others in the future. I appreciate your help and suggestions.

Good info... I walked out to my 2018 platinum and a big puddle under the grille. Checked the tank and it drained about half of my fluid out.
I refilled the tank and manually pulled the nozzle out to check for debris and then let it snap back in place. Has not leaked again since doing that. Seems like a check valve acting up intermittently.
I'll keep my eye on it to see if it happens again and then take it in as I have ESP until 2026.

If you care to experiment with it if you look at the rear camera washer how to link in my sig on post #103 I linked an in line check valve I used for my rear washer. You could get that or similar and try putting it in line to see if that solves it, my guess is something like that would work.
The problem is actually the clip that attaches the hose to camera. It's too whimpy and can pop off.
It's a simple fix with curved needle nose pliers or Hemostat's and a small zip tie. No need to go to the dealer.
It can also be accessed from above and below depending on how inclined you're feeling.
