It's a simple fix with curved needle nose pliers or Hemostat's and a small zip tie. No need to go to the dealer.
It can also be accessed from above and below depending on how inclined you're feeling.
Maybe there was a defective batch. I’ve have my grill off several times and it always snaps back securely when I re assemble. Never any leaks.

Got my oil changed yesterday in my 2019 and this morning I've got a pretty big puddle of washer fluid under the truck starting at the front bumper and running 2/3 of the way toward the back of the truck.. This on a flat driveway.. 1st time it has happened.. Add this to the leaking 2018 they took back and my now leaking 2019.. Ford initial quality is just plain gawd awful..

That's how I discovered it. I don't think when I put grill 'number one' on. I didn't clip it properly, I assumed. It's quite possible that once it comes off initially, it doesn't like staying on again.

When I wasn't happy with the first grill, and changed it a second time. I made sure that clip was perfect and all the way in tight or just the way it was. Still, it popped off again.

That's when I had to get surgical with the zip tie and the hemo's. Been fine since.

My front washer clip wasn't on all the way when I bought it, it wasn't leaking but I noticed it when taking the front grille off. Clipped back in nice and secure.

I remember the other member's thread and they were saying something about cold weather, which would eliminate me (In Florida) from their issue.

When mine started leaking it always seemed to be a night when the weather was colder than normal. During the day when it was warmer it didn't seem to leak. Possibly poor design that eventually is affected by the cold, the same as the door latch freezing issue.

Didn't know you could pull it to check it; will do that some day. Does anybody know how the camera washer is supposed to work? Somebody above said it automatically activates with the washers, but does it spray continuously? Or just a little bit every so many seconds? Just curious. Read the manual cover to cover, but so far I didn't see this, nor that the reverse camera zooms (which I found out yesterday), so guess I didn't read it that well. Ha ha. Thanks gang.
