Read the manual cover to cover, but so far I didn't see this, nor that the reverse camera zooms (which I found out yesterday), so guess I didn't read it that well. Ha ha. Thanks gang.
turn the camera on and hit the washers ,, it just sprays a blast

Can some one post a picture of the "clip" that is supposed to be on the hose?
If I take flash light and look behind the washer I clearly see the black hose mounted to the back of the camera housing.
However there is no hose cap or zip tie or anything around the outer hose and nipple.

And mine started leaking again and I have not even driven the truck. Just walked out and saw fluid all over the front bumper from the camera.
I'll try Tasca for a parts schematic to see If I can determine what mine should look like.

I was able to snap a pic of my set-up, I can now see it has the clip on it at the 90 degree fitting. It was fully seated and I used a screw driver to double check it was secure...
I also didn't see any fluid around the connector or hose. I guess mine is leaking through the nozzle itself on the front under the emblem. When I have a puddle its from the front side and as it drips directly on top of the bumper edge, not from behind.

Leaking front washer F150 Platinum Leaks when you fill the washer fluid tank up just to the top only sitting in the drive without running,,, warranty time

It appears to be a poor design and like you I took mine back under warranty twice and then it continued to leak. Just disconnect the washer line to the front camera and no more leak issues and you won't even miss it.

Ford isn't the only one with this problem, before my F150 I had a 2008 Jeep JK Wrangler Rubicon, it had a hard top with rear windshield washer fluid that would spray all inside the vehicle. In order to remove the top you had to unplug the hose and one wire connection, the hose connection was a terrible design, there was a nipple on the hard top that the hose would slide over and there was nothing to lock the hose in place. If you hit the rear washer it would pop off and spray washer fluid all over the back seat passengers. (No one said riding in the back of a 2 door jeep was luxury ) I tried everything just short of gluing it to make it stay on and nothing worked. thankfully the rear washer fluid was on a different switch than the front washer fluid so I just never used it.

Ford dealer said they cant find the problem in their bulletins. I told them about the info here and they said the part was on national back order.
