Edit: just noticed you're from Canada...did you enable cluster-controlled DRLs first (common tab spreadsheet rows 36-41)?

Thanks that got the menu back. Looks like most features are working. Just to verify, the on screen fan adjustment won't work correct, do to the fact it's an xlt?

Here are the DCTs Im having:

Bdycm Code u0184- lost communication with radio
PAM Code u0256 lost communication with front controls interface
bdycm code u0256 lost communication with front controls interface module
bdycm code u0253 lost communication with accessory protocol
bdycm code b115e camera module bus signal / message failures

pam u0557 invalid data received from front controls interface module
alive / sequence counter incorrect / not updated

there are a few more codes but i don't have them handy. Also, i can't make out from the photos if the "U" in the error codes are actually "V" Ill have to go back and look

Most DTC U-codes are not serious. Have you cleared them in FORScan? If so do they return?

You said you're using the as-built values of the donor vehicle but you didn't say if the donor vehicle was an XLT with the same options as yours. If the donor vehicle was a Lariat+, you most likely have values set in APIM enabling features your truck doesn't have producing some (or all) of those DTCs. If you want to post a screenshot or list of your current APIM values and pm me your VIN, I'll take a look and see if anything obvious stands out.

Thanks to DanMc85 (checks in the mail), Livnitup, flsdiver and all who have helped put this valuable information together.

I followed the instructions in post #1 and watched the videos. Backed up every thing and backed up the back up. All appears to have gone well.

* Double Honk
* Secure Idle
* Autofold Mirrors
* Disable Start/Stop
* DRL Parking Light Only
* More to come, need to order parts.

Now the questions.

#1, The ghost image over the mileage on speedometer, any way to make it
disappear?

#2, I wanted to look at my saved original files in "my documents FORScan
file" that are .abt. How do I open these or what do I open them with? I
tried to open them in FORScan, not linked to the truck, and it changed
all files to a FORScan icon next to each file. But still didn't open. Help
please.

If your as-built value at 726-50-01 is 108E, then your as-built value at 726-45-01 should be xxxx 11xx xxxx but above (in bold) you say it's 01? Are you sure you're not off a line in BCM? I've never seen anyone post they had any issues writing 726-45-01 xxxx 7Fxx xxxx and once that's done you should be able to write any of the values at 726-50-01

What ghost image are you talking about? Picture?

You can open the .abt files with Notepad or you can use this program that I use: http://compulsivecode.com/Project_AsBuiltCompare.aspx

I did clear them but they came back. I know the one I cleared when I bought the truck took a few days after I cleared it for it to stay gone. I will check again later.
