FYI: I found the address/codes for the "Welcome Mat" but after enabling this and "Approach Detection", the puddle lights still don't come on when I approach the truck with fob like some Lincoln models.

Regarding approach detection, i'm wondering if we have the right definition. On one hand, it could be exactly what you are talking about, where the truck senses you approaching by the fob and lights it up for you.

OR...

There is a mode in the new Police Interceptors that, when enabled, notifies the officer in the cruiser of any people walking up to the vehicle, specifically from the rear. I believe it also locks the doors and closes the windows, but I'm unsure of that. I'm not sure if that is what they mean by "Approach Detection". Also, I know of this mode being available on the sedan and utility (Taurus and Explorer copies), but I'm not sure if it would be available with the new F150 Intercepter package.

This function on the Interceptors is done with a separate module that is added to the vehicles. It is not something that can be enabled in the current modules.

AWESOME!!! Thank you so much for making that an easy task.

Also, just so that I have this correct.... there is no way using FORScan to just activate Nav on my unit. I will have to buy another module that is already programmed from factory with the Nav already on it....correct?>

No way that I'm aware of to activate NAV on Sync 3 with FORScan.

That is what I thought..... just figured I would double check as I was going to be going in to change values anyways. Like I said, I am using Android Auto with Google Maps as my Nav so I don't really have a need for it.

Ok, I know that I am going to just change those values that are listed for the first code, but do I need to manually change the other to read this from what is originally in there already?

7D0-01-02 0089 0204 82EB (climate, no nav)

because here is what it reads currently:
7D0-01-02 0089 0604 82EF

Ok, then just this is probably all you'd need since this is your only difference :
7D0-01-02 xxxx x2xx xxxx

Edit: but still this change also: 7D0-01-01 xxxx xxx3 23xx

What about the F at the end? Do I need to change it to a B? I suppose I could try it with and without to see what it does......just didn't know if you knew the answer or not.

*Yep, knew I still needed to change that string as well with the values listed.

The last 2 characters of an address are checksum values so don't worry about changing them. If FORScan gives you a message about "incorrect checksum" just continue with the write (FORScan will automatically write the correct checksum anyways)

This is my first post here and I would like to thank all for your effort.

I have a question, does anyone know how to make RDS radio chanel names appear on the the presets of the Radio in Sync3 like here:

On mine it shows only the frequency like here:

Also I would like to enable RDS radio chanel names appear on the small screen. On mine appears only the frequency:

Thanks to everyone in advance.
