Looks like they baked everything into the modules already that they may release in the coming years and call them new options.

I would love to get some sensors for the front bumper and be able to turn on a front park aid. The Active Park park out would probably work then too.

Yea I have been thinking about this... I did run across a thread somewhere about a third party add on front senser kit with a separate display that just shows distance and thinking that there must be a way to figure out how we can do something that ties into our system.. Need to find out what Ford offers this and see what's involved in adding it... Just for the fun of having it.. at seventytwo years old I'm sure I have enough fingers to count everytime I have parallel parked in my life..

But a good front sensor system to help when pulling into or out of a pull in parking space would sure be nice..

Of the thousands of F150 sold what percentage of owners do you think have discovered this Forscan thread?

Funny you say that...just today my wife says, "why don't you put an ad in Craigslist for the truck programming and line up like 5 people to meet you once/week in Walmart's parking lot and charge them to do this stuff?" So this had me thinking the same thing that of all the F150s I see, there's just a tiny % that are even aware of FORScan or these forums.

And while you're in the Walmart parking lot doing this,,,,, she can be walking around putting fliers under windshield wipers of all the F150's...

And don't forget the seat cooling mod... But be careful not to screw up the zippers or that will kill your profit.

Ok, So I got these parts to upgrade to 8" MFT. (unfortunately the truck did not have an 8" cluster)

My question is: do I need the VIN from the donor truck to properly program to my truck?

My 2016 Screw is 8 days old to me and I just stumbled on this Forscan thread. Now I'm going to have to sort through 335 pages of posts to see if it's of any benefit to me.

Coffee, please.
