Wow, this thread exploded in one day. Y'all need to give Dan a paypal donation, he helped do the seemingly impossible.

Sadly, if I understand correctly, all the auto fold/etc only works with memory mirrors, which means its still unattainable to anything below a 500A, correct?

Still, kudos the usual suspects.

Autofold should work with any folding (non-tow) mirrors I believe. The reverse tilt reverse thing may be a different story.

Probably requires the power folding mirrors. . Not sure if all trim levels have them.

I sure enjoyed this mod today!

From what some of my Fusion owners that have tested the feature for me as well say... is that the Tilt Mirror Feature requires the vehicle to have Memory Seats / Mirror Positions.

I did the mod this mod today and auto fold works on lock, unlock. The reverse tilt work also but I have a clicking sound outta the mirrors. Anyway to stop this?
Also what's the Lincoln auto fold feature?

Read back a few pages, there's a procedure to follow to calibrate the end of travel for the mirror when it tilts down in reverse.

OK, so I guess that begs the question...can you add/upgrade to memory?

I tried it but it didn't work.I am guessing u have to have the memory option?
My setup is an xlt w the lariat mirror conversion.

Not sure... would need to wire in the memory switch, change some code... see what happens. May have something to do with the DSM (Drivers Seat Module) as well. I know there is code in other modules involved. It may be a hard change.
