Hi everyone. Thanks to all those that have helped those that needed it, including myself.

I did search for these, but I cannot find the answers. This is on an '18 f-150 platinum:

During one of the reprograms, somehow I reversed the climate controls so that when I turn the drivers side ****, I change the passengers temperature side temperature. Even the Massage seats on the display are reversed. To be clear, the drivers on screen controls are actually on the passengers side of the screen and vise versa. Now I have done some diagnostics. I did revert the APIM back to stock and everything is correct. Put it back they are reversed. I did install the GT theme (which looks great), along with bambi mode and a bunch others. Im not sure which mod Im missing with the problem that is causing this.

Next: I did the global windows open/close reprogram. Of course, it only does the driver and passenger because of one touch. Has there been an update to raise and lower back windows? Also, My moon roof is one touch, is there a way to include it?

Also: Adaptive cruise always on? Can this be done yet?

Lastly, when I was in the sync 3 menu, I noticed an option for "Sky View Message" where you can turn it on or off. Can't figure out what it does? Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Cant answer most of that, but I do know that rear windows on global isn't possible, and prolly moonroof as well, because there aren't any modules to control em. You would figure the master switch on driver side would be able to control all 4 but nah.

I know this has probably been asked a 100 times but I cannot find a post on it, but which adapter style is better/ easier to use, bluetooth or the USB?

Temp controls-As much as you won't like doing it, I would go back to stock and make the changes one at a time again. Somewhere you changed the wrong bit. Somewhere back in the thread this happened to someone else if I remember right.

Global Windows-Back in the thread this is talked about several times, the rear windows are not controlled by modules, there is no way to make them global, same as the moon roof, its not a Forscan change.

Adaptive Cruise-No

Skyview-Have no idea on this one.

Thanks to all the posts on here, great information and never would have attempted to reprogram any of my truck features without all your help. I setup a windows partition on my mac and was able to load forscan beta and get the extended license. Now just waiting for my connector to arrive. I ended up not buying one on the list will report back as to whether it works. I got the Wi-Fi OBD adapter from amazon.

looks to be an upgraded version of one that is listed in the first post.

It's not new and it's slower than the ones listed in the tutorial and some have had connection issues with it so that's why it's not listed as a recommended adapter. Hope it works well for you though.

Both are easy to use but the Bluetooth MXBT has a built-in automatic HS-CAN/MS-CAN switch so there's no need to flip a toggle switch depending on the module you're programming. I've found my MXBT to be finicky at times so it's my opinion that the USB adapters are more reliable. In the early days when I was experimenting constantly in FORScan the MXBT was worth it's weight in gold to me not having to flip a toggle switch constantly but if you're just going to make a few changes here and there, you can't go wrong with the USB adapters.

USB adapter is also cheaper which is a plus. Once I start getting in to this forscan thing, will it tell me which switch position I need to be in?

Yes, FORScan will prompt you when you need to flip the switch. Some USB adapters don't have the toggle switch position labeled but FORScan will only connect to the truck with it in the HS-CAN position so once you figure this position out on your adapter mark the adapter somehow so you can easily identify the HS-CAN position for future connection attempts.
