I'm going after the steering modes in the regular F150s, not the terrain modes which would require a Raptor cluster and god knows what else.

Default Auto fan lower on call

I have a friend with a 2018 and the HVAC fan goes to low when he gets a call or uses CarPlay to send a message. I think I remember this discussed before but cant find it. He hates it and would like to turn this feature off. Since he has sync3 it's totally different than mine so Im not familiar with it. Is there a setting for this or can it be turned off with Forscan?

It was talked about, no cure other than not using the phone with Sync, my 2015 does it, upgraded to Sync 3, I think its done so the system/person on the phone will understand what is being said with the fan running full speed.
I think there is a thread started about this and that is where you saw it.

FWIW, my upgraded 2013 does not do it. Kind of wish it did to be honest.

I searched, but this thread has gotten huge and I didnt find anything of relevance.

My 2016 Mustang GT will latch the heated/cooled seats. i.e. you only press that button once and youre good to go.

Is there a setting in the F150 that will do the same?
