Haven’t used Forscan in a while, so I installed a new license key so I could change tire values, but I am getting errors. See screen shots below. Has my connector gone bad?
You should start by updating the version of FORScan. The first line in your top picture tells you that. I'm guessing that you have a switch on your ELM327 that is in the wrong position.

I can update, but I don’t think that is it. The switch is not in the wrong position either.
You should update, however, Forscan has become less tolerant of certain substandard ELM dongles. Considering the "made for Forscan" OBDLink EX is only $50 ($45 with the $5 coupon on Amazon right now), I don't know why people insist on buying the knock-off clones.
I have used the adapter in the past and have not changed anything since then. Scouring the internet it seems like the errors I am getting can be from a multitude of reasons, so things I need to try: when opening Forscan right click and "Run as Administrator", make sure no fuses are blown, not starting Forscan from a previously saved profile. If none of those are the issue then I will try updating (but having run Forscan with my current adapter on this current version leads me to believe this is not the issue), and from there get a new adapter.
I have the same adapter and it worked fine last weekend. New install of Forscan on Windows 10 through bootcamp on a mac. You might also want to try updating the drivers for the adapter. I think the website is bbfly or something like that.
Opening Forscan with "Run as Administrator" worked. Now I just need to reset the PCM and TCM to get rid of the wrench icon and See Manual error on my dash (did a tire size change).
Funny I have the same adapter and have been using for years. Just used with new release and it starts and says adapter not supported for some features, but allows me to do all I did previously. Anyone know what changed or features that would not work?

Which release, the 2.4 branch? That release allows you to flash in new calibrations, which is a fairly dangerous process... the Forscan team is pretty clear about EVERY step you need to take, including using an OBDLink EX exclusively, to upgrade things. Failure to do so may result in a hiccup during flashing, leaving you with an undriveable vehicle. And, the Forscan crew makes it pretty clear that, if you b0rk your ride by not following the process to the letter, they will simply laugh at you.
