I love the truck and Ford. I am from a multi generational Ford family. Not only that but I live in a mainly Ford employee neighborhood. The dealer wins multiple Blue Oval Awards with Ford. I have been told by managers in the dealer that they bought the same truck I have but without the "Bells and Whistles". They learned from my truck... Thanks guys and Ford. I wish I could re do this truck or buy a 2016/17 When the issues get fixed. I am half thinking to sell this and wait for the Raptor.

I understand the issue are not Bill Browns fault but the quality of service and way I am treated is. This reflect poorly on Bill Brown and Ford. I then gave Ford a chance by contacting them and was told Blah Blah Blah we are sorry have a nice day.... I still have a truck that doesn't work. I also have zero faith in a service team to resolve issues without further damage. I have to weight issue to see if it's worth damaging additional items.

You need to make sure the right people hear your squeaky wheel.

If it were me I'd start with the BBB and Office of the CEO.
Be precise and to the point and let them know exactly what you want.

Too much money to be played like a fool.

Yes he needs to start talking to the high ups at the Ford Dealer and use Social Media... Ford hates that. That's one way I got my dealers attention.

As for the BBB. They are useless. Ford will not care what you tell them as for any company. The BBB does not put any hurt on a company most people don't even care what the BBB has on there site.

If you really want to get there attention get the govt based State Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, or the Consumer Commission and file a complaint. If it's bad enough they can shut down a business. Don't think that will happen with this case though.

There is always the lemon law in your state. I know several guys on this site personally that did this route and will never by a ford product again.

Good Luck...

I am hoping the Ford rep on the page will respond. I also want people to know that if you do have an issue with your truck Ford doesn't have a good way to solve issues. They are so out of touch with the customers.

Guys writing complaints on these forums are like pissing into the wind! I thought KenDive said it best, Social Media, Facebook and Twitter and such! They seem to be attention getters, at least more local people know and perhaps the local mini masses of friends can make a difference? Because whining on this site doesn't get Fords attention.

On the other hand why should Ford care at all about their customers, your actually the dealers customers, that's who they tell you to contact about everything. But more to the point, Ford is selling more F-150's these days at record profits, profits soaring!!

And then a few owners are complaining about seat backs burning, doors and windows noise, leaking moon roofs, misaligned body panels, who knows how many dash alarms, vibrations, etc., etc.!

Ford does not care, if they did at all, they owners would be treated like Lexus customers!

This is so true. I have noticed that Ford does not care about customers anymore. There truck is not that great to loose base with customers.

Wife and I were gonna trade the Honda CRV for a Ford but no way no how now. Probably will get another Honda.

I still have a few issues with my 15 F150 and thinking I don't even want to go back to the dealer they are such a pain in the A@#$%. I think I owe around 8K for my truck now and will pay it off soon then will probably trade it for something else.

Ford selling trucks is sort of like fishing, you have to have the correct bait to get a bite, then their hooked!

Superb Marketing ...... EcoBoost, Military Grade Aluminum, Taliking Trucks, Computers and Cameras, let's face it the consumer will bite, is hooked and it's too late to complain afterwards!

If you have a good truck that s fine, if not, oh well, I don't think perfection and high quality and reliability, has a seat at the boardroom table these days. It's all about bean counters, they got front row seats. And it's a good thing Ford is profitable today, otherwise what would you have, trucks with square wheel wells?

Eventually Ford may do a little better, or not, either way whining won't help, only vehicle sales numbers speak volumes.

Good points and I'm not whining just stating facts and Ford will not get another dime from my family and I know they don't care.

Kendive - I meant as a generalization, whining..... Not individually.

I know just how hard it is to earn a dollar, and to read some of these owners truck problems it's upsetting at times. Some are on their first trucks, others their last. And the fact that owners have no value to Ford, other than profits is hard to digest. But that's how Ford wants it, otherwise Service after the sale would be quite different!
