I wanted to throw in my two cents. I recently did this conversion and will be posting it on my build. I wanted to inform everyone that LKQ recently purchased approximately 50 NOS consoles for the 2016 XLT premium trim. They are selling the consoles complete for $205. They come with all the harnesses even the USB harness. This is much more affordable and more plug and play than purchasing all of the components. You will still have to make sure that you have the 302A harness or install it. Also, they do come with the red stitching.
