My truck was built the same day as yours. No recall for me either. Haven t looked yet at the steering column. Same as you though my truck keeps telling me i need rest Haha. Good thing for the lane departure. It's Like I'm constantly correcting the steering. Thought it was normal. Steering wheel turns fine though. If i blow on the steering wheel it turns so i don;t know. Maybe it's too easy. Or maybe i just can't drive a half ton. Haha Shoulda kept my F350 maybe.

Mine does not drive well (steering) it pulls (drifts) to the right.
Do the same roads with several other company pick ups and 2010 f350.
they track basically straight on the same roads.

Where as , this 2015 KR would be in the ditch in under 2 seconds. (With lane assist off). It has been in to check the alignment, but it still is the same. (Maybe they did not do anything) I dont know. I am going to bring it to another alignment place.
It will even drift to the right when the crown of the road should make you go to the left (Fast lane on a highway)

You can say what you wish, but something is wrong with it!

The 'loose" steering bothered me for a few days but i think I've gotten used to it now. I haven't noticed it really pulling either way tho

I agree, take it somewhere else.

Also, make sure the wheels are setup for proper road crown. If they're not, or some idiot put them on at the wrong corners, no matter how good the suspension alignment is the vehicle will drift and behave weird. Most dealerships (in my experience) have about as much clue as to how this works as a congressman understands ethics.

I can't even say my truck pulls consistently to the right because there are (rare) times when it definitely pulls to the left. So I don't know how this can be a simple alignment issue. It's not intolerable or anything and I can properly eventually get used to it but it's when I'm driving one of my other vehicles that I realize how much better they steer in every scenario - and one of those vehicles is 15 years old and 300k+ kms. The pull to one side or the other seems at its worst on city streets at fairly low speed. Could this possibly just be the nature of electric steering??

Does anyone know if Canadian trucks subject to this recall will show up in Ford's Recall Notices website? The site does not explicitly mention Canada.

I'd run that damn recall thing like 20 times I know mine is recalled but it doesn't always show up when I check it the first time. I'd say if your truck was built at Dearborn on the dates it's probably recalled.

I'm in Ontario and plugged my vin into the attached link on the first page. It showed as a recall on the American website but I can't find the link on the Canadian website.

I didn't wait for a letter/notice. Mine was one of the 5,600 so I contacted dealer right away and made an appointment. Luckily mine was one of the good ones with no I-shaft rivet issue. Took them an hour to inspect and confirm all was ok.
