Ok. So I guess no LEDs for me unless someone can help!!! I have tried the TRS and RR harness. Both gave me random issues on the passenger side ONLY regarding the park light and turn signals. The driver side worked flawlessly. I switched both the harnesses and the headlights to test and the issues are on the passenger side ONLY. Both TRS & RR are saying it's a truck issue and not the harness. So there is something different on the passenger side which the harnesses are not accounting for??
I feel that this is worth adding to the thread. Especially for those looking through it and deciding if this retrofit is worth it. If you are having issues, (it seems quite a few are), many may not be aware that this is causing a fault code to show up on their BCM. (Body Control Module - the module that handles headlights and such.) There's no check engine light or anything. It's not a powertrain related fault. But it is in the BCM memory. Every time my headlight (low beam) would go out, a fault code was created in the BCM. I forget the exact codes, but could get them if needed. I also had two faults for high beams as well, but they still seemed to work. While this isn't a big deal now, it could be later. While trying to come up with a fix for my problem, I stumbled across a section in the service manual regarding BCM outputs. The BCM is designed to shut off a transistor output in response to a short or ground. But, the BCM outputs are only designed to handle a finite number of faults. After so many events, the BCM will lock out the output. The only solution is to replace the BCM. Now I'm not sure about parking and turn signals, but I would think it would be no different. Just something to throw out there for those who just keep trying to deal with these issues.
I seriously considered upgrading to OEM LEDs, but reading the forum and this thread it souds hit or miss so far and I'm now hesitant spending couple thousands of $ ending up with electrical gremlins
Brian, do you know/tested if cleaning error codes out (with FORScan or similar tool) will help?

Yes, unfortunately clearing the codes does not help. The codes that came up in my case were B1D00, B1D02, and B1D03. Those three all relate to high and low beam faults. One code that I never figured out, that was also present, was B1446. That code stays in my BCM at all times and won't clear. Maybe a ford guy on here could get me the meaning of that one. I searched and found that it may be HVAC related. Doesn't seem to be related to lighting. My heat and AC seem to work fine, so I'm not concerned. But it all may be related somehow.

I hope they stay at 100% Success, for you!
Im going to set my Headlight Switch to Auto, and see what the results are....
2015 Lariat 501a here. Installed 2016 SE leds and passenger side amber ring doesn't always work. Tried new harness and no luck, swapped the headlights to the other side and everything works normally. Seems to be more of an issue with the vehicle running.
