I've heard Flood Ford mentioned a few times for good prices on extended warranties.

 

Compare both Ziegler and Flood. One is often much better than the other for the same thing, and I think they both try to beat each other using discount codes, if you talk to them. That's what I got from a few threads on here (today, actually).

 

Ziegler, flood, two rivers, Anderson and Koch, there was a post saying Ziegler will beat Floods price by $25.

 

If you're really that unhappy with the f150 lemon law may be an option.
Most states its 3 times trying to fix the same problem and/or 30 days of the vehicle being out of service. Just mentioning it may be an option.

If my new low mileage truck was at the dealer for the third time for the same issue I'd be aggravated too. ( regardless of brand )

Keep in mind as cars and trucks continue to add so many features like infotainment, cameras, radar, adaptive cruise control and so on.
Well... they just end up being more susceptible to issues and gremlins.
Regardless of brand.
Just as likely to have a similar issue with a Ram or Chevy.
Personally I feel with these newer trucks its worth it to purchase the extended warranty.
The rental that comes with the extended warranty is a nice additional perk.

 

At the time I bought mine, they gave me the best price. Like Martin said, check them all and see what you can do.

Nobody is asking for anything for free? You are paying for the use of the vehicle you purchased. If that vehicle is not functional you are still paying for its use aren't you? So if you have to rent a car you're paying double. It used to be normal to give loaners, it wasn't even a question. Just because it isn't the norm now and they can get a way with it because people don't know any better doesn't make it right. Wrong is wrong even if everybody does it and right is right even if nobody does it!

I did not buy the extended warranty and my truck is going in Wednesday afternoon to have the frozen lock TSB performed. My son had to have a CV shaft boot replaced and had to leave the truck overnight. Didn't even have to ask. Loaner was offered immediately and not some used piece of junk trade-in. My son got a 16 fusion titanium and I asked, because of our winters here in Buffalo New York, for a four wheel or all-wheel-drive loaner and it was no problem at all. Neither of us paid sticker price. My son got $500 under invoice plus all incentives on his 14 XLT and I got X plan plus all incentives and private cash on my 15 Lariat. Perhaps I just have a good dealership. Towne Ford but at least they understand that making payments to Ford Motor credit and having to pay rental on a loaner car while warranty work is being performed on the vehicle you bought from them is an unacceptable business practice. If I bought a vehicle from a dealer that didn't supply a free loaner for warranty work, it would be the last vehicle I ever bought from them.
