Default Door Lock Issue

I'm sure I am missing something here? I want to unlock ALL doors when I open the driver's door? I have tried the Auto lock options in the Advanced menu on the dash and those don't seem to work. I have also tried to search this forum and can't seem to find what I need. I'm pretty sure that I used to be able to and now for some reason, this has changed. I appreciate any help or insight. Thanks!

Multiple threads on this.

You must turn Autolock and AutoUnlock on in the menus. If there is no AutoUnlock, some have had success getting it to appear with dealer's assistance.

If both are checked, AND you let doors lock by hitting the right speed, then after you shift to park, turn off truck, and open driver's door all doors should unlock.

Or just hit the button on the door.

Both are checked. What I want is when I come up to the locked truck, when I unlock the drivers door with my hand, ALL the doors unlock. I have read multiple threads and non seem to address this issue that I found?

Not sure what it is "supposed" to do, but when I touch my driver's door, just the driver's door unlocks. When I touch the passenger door all doors unlock. When I stop, put it in park, and open the driver's door, all doors unlock.

That's a totally different thing. What you refer to is one vs. two-stage unlock. In your manual, it explains that you have to program this feature using your remote. Once you do, that function will work for the remote, the keyless entry pad, and the intelligent access (which is what you're asking for). Find the reference to two-stage unlock in your specific year manual. You can search a PDF by downloading it from owner.ford.com. These directions are the same in my 2013 F-150 manual (says 4 seconds) and my 2018 Fusion Energi manual (says 3 seconds).

Press and hold both the lock and unlock buttons on the remote control for four seconds to disable or enable two-stage unlocking. Disabling two-stage unlocking allows all vehicle doors to unlock with one press of the button. The turn signals will flash twice to indicate the unlocking mode was changed.

For those that question why anyone would want only the driver door to unlock, it's a safety thing. By unlocking all doors, someone could open a door on the other side while you're opening the driver side, which perhaps you would not want in a dark parking lot late at night.

On my 2015, the option to unlock all vs driver only is in the settings menu. I would think the option would still be there as well.
