Does anyone know if the default drive mode can be set to Sport mode vs. standard on a 2020 F150 XLT?

 

You need something like this.

 

Yep you need one of those units. I put one in my 2018. It will remember the drive mode you left it in. However, if you use the remote start it will go back to the normal drive mode.

Then you have to make a choice if you want to buy what is suggested above or go without. That’s the option…

 

Not true.

HPTuners is an option. You can set and forget the drive mode via a drop down menu and you get the added benefits of being able to tweak and tune damn near everything else too. Between HPT and FORScan, we can change just about any parameter.

Look into obtaining a Banks PedalMonster, unlike other pedal response systems these default back to oem settings instead of leaving you dead or struggling threw a intersection

 

Great option with exception it doesn’t work when using remote start!
