Well March 1st is almost gone. Another rumor that is likely just that. As far as Lincoln update being a beta test....does one really think a company would use their "high end" customers as guinea pigs? Lincoln is supposed to be a premiere brand...I would never use those customers as unsuspecting beta testers.

Here is an article from Jan 2016 when they announced it...yes over a year ago and it is just now about to be released for 17 but trickled out on late '16 models.

Delete AA from your phone and disable it on the stereo. Power cycle truck.
Re-enable AA on your truck. Re-download AA on your phone BUT DONT CONNECT THEM. Go through the setup on your phone. When you get prompted to connect the phone, do so. The truck will then prompt you to allow the phone (AA) to connect. Go through the prompts.
99% of the problems are a sequencing problem. I had the same issue as you. You just have to follow the prompts, in order. Make sure you are using a good/certified/OEM cable. Fake/cheap cables have issues. Also found that out the hard way.

Just a quick thank you to all the guys who make this forum so informative. Had my company upgrade my cell phone from a S4 and downloaded the AA app now everything is on my Sync screen I especially like that I can talk to text while driving> Thanks again
