anyone else having a problem with cotus? said my truck is due to be delivered in a couple days but when i went to check up on it the site just told me the VIN was not recognized or something.

Mine just updated me to in production. Now I just need the window sticker for the blend date and number.

 

earlier it was showing it could not find my information either, but it has started working again for me.
So you may want to try again.

 

for me was working last night, then this morning said my log in numbers weren't recognized, but I just checked and now is working like normal....ordered mar 6, got a VIN, and just now an estimated delivery date, apr 24....maybe later i'll get a estimated build date?

 

As has been pointed out in this very thread roughly once a week, COTUS goes down for a little while on WED and/or THU each week. Just try back later!

 

You bastard I ordered same day got a delivery date of 5/4 and no build date have vin though. Hope it's rite for both of us.

 

COTUS is down for me when I search by my VIN number. However I just tried my Order Number and Dealer Code and it worked.

 

Don't feel bad. I ordered 1/21 with est delivery on 4/13.

 

not to **** in anyones cheerios here but i ordered my truck on 2/7 my lease return isnt due until 6/4.. figured with the wait times everyone was posting on here i would have a while before i recieved my truck.. estimated delivery is 3/21 at the dealer.. i dont know how it got done so quickly and i was actually hoping it would have taken a little bit longer.
