Yep..same thing happened to me too....weird! I thought it was just me...cus my VIN worked last week!

so my truck was suppised to be delivered today.. i just now go log into cotus and they delivery date is no longer there nor is the days to delivery but the status still says in transit... any idea if this might mean its stuck somewhere?

 

My ETA has been gone for several days now. I think I read somewhere it does that when it is in transit, but mine just finished production on Tuesday and I can't believe it would already be shipped.

 

COTUS worked for me one time one day this week and hasn't worked since.

 

Any one know the approx. blend going down the line now. Mine is 3/24/2015 #3949. So I can do the math at get a close idea.

I estimate mine was finished during the Friday PM shift - Blend 6740.

 

my blend says 8654 ..what would that mean

 

I have occasional trouble with the site also. Says VIN not found or something. I completely shut down my safari browser (on a Mac) and then restarted it. Then the site worked fine. Not sure if this helps others but it solved the problem for me. 3 times.

 

Mine does the same. It's been doing that for a week or so. Just keep pushing the track vehicle button and eventually it works. I think we've all worn out cotus.

 

Good tip - actually works to get rid of the "VIN not recognized" message and show status again. Seems like a Safari issue.
