Is anyone having trouble with Cotus? It was working now it has quit. It says it needs my name and when I put it in it doesn't except my name. After over 3 months I'm getting a little sick of this.

VIN ain't got one yet. That's why I'm a little sick of this. Thinking about just canceling my order getting my $10,000 back and forgetting about the hole mess.

This is the message I get:

It has been working until yesterday and I know I'm putting in the wright info.

COTUS is still in testing and development (beta). Although I don't know anyone that isn't frustrated with it, it is still a bazillion percent better than the old system, which was calling the dealer and hope he answers the phone.
