Default Cotus

Is anyone having trouble with Cotus? It was working now it has quit. It says it needs my name and when I put it in it doesn't except my name. After over 3 months I'm getting a little sick of this.

Nope. I just tried and it worked fine for me. Have you tried using your VIN instead? Cotus was down the other day due to site maintenance. Make sure you are using this Cotus site:

VIN ain't got one yet. That's why I'm a little sick of this. Thinking about just canceling my order getting my $10,000 back and forgetting about the hole mess.

Cotus only works for me using a VIN.

A matching vehicle could not be determined. Please contact your dealer to get status updated about your order.
It has been working until yesterday and I know I'm putting in the wright info.

COTUS is still in testing and development (beta). Although I don't know anyone that isn't frustrated with it, it is still a bazillion percent better than the old system, which was calling the dealer and hope he answers the phone.
