Sorry about that. I should have read the quote better to realize what you were responding to.

To all that have replied ,I appreciate all the help and suggestions. With that said I believe Labmaster is correct that I need a BMS reset. I have tried everything suggest. Taking to dealer next week when I return home and will let all know the outcome then.

See if the dealer will change battery type for you. The AGM is not the Ford built battery for your vehicle.

To update all I reset the battery monitor system, set code for AGM battery with forscan, everything returned to normal but remote start still didn’t work. After checking all forscan changes against as built all matched except the change for the battery type. I finally disconnected battery cable for 10 minutes re installed and remote start was working again. Sorry to take so long updating . Thanks again to all that offered suggestions.

Default Battey replacement

For success using the owners manual sleep mode for 8 hours is to have any aftermarket stuff disconnected to reduce the load below the 300mA load.
And based on my and other experiences if you ignore the BMS reset expect to have significant battery issues in the future.
Here is what Ford says in the General Service Bulletin about batteries

I was wondering the same thing as I stated I did the 12hours sleep, ended up resetting with forscan and setting new battery type, after getting cable. Then unhooked positive cable for 15 mins and then remote start started working again. I don’t think they read all the thread digitaltrucker.
