On halogen taillight 2018’s the C411 connector (Old C405) pins 4 and 15 are used to power the second brake/turn signal in each taillight.

On Led equipped 2018’s pin 4 is used for canbus and 15 is unused.

As BGG already said, just depin the existing wires in 4 and 15 on the chassis side of the harness and add the wires from his harness.

I have a 2017 King Ranch (600a) and would like to add the BLIS. I couldn't find much info on this particular trim in the forums though. I have the 22pin mirror connector (600a has power fold, puddle and spot lights), so I should be able to get the glass with LED and connect it in the mirror. After that I'm at a loss. I have the LED tails with amber turn signals but no BLIS. Do I need to change out the entire lamp housing or can I get the sensors only. If I change the housings, how much else needs to be changed? I'm in the early stages of research on this, and just curious how much different it is than the writeup that specifically excludes the KR tails.

you will need to change the lights for the blis lights as your current lights aren’t setup to take the blis modules and you will need a new rear tail light harness as your current one uses different connectors for the lights themselves supposedly.

OK. So the separate signals for turn and brake isn't an issue with the new tail light harness. I was afraid they were separated further up stream. I assume, I'll still need to run the 4 wires or buy the drivers side full length harness, correct?

when you start your truck does the light in the passenger side mirror light up? I think that dtc is saying the light is out.
