Could someone tell me what this plus sign is supposed to be for? I've tried tapping it and nothing happens.

For some option levels you have to go into the IPC menus and activate the Zoom function before it will work.

 

Do you have your dynamics lines off on purpose?
You might have to reset the network, but you will need ForScan (lite will work) and an OBDII reader such as vLinker FD.

 

I have the same problem on my 2020 XLT.

 

I've only had the truck a couple of weeks and was wondering why there isn't dynamics lines. I do have an OBDII reader but am not familiar with ForScan. Enlighten me please!

Mine used to work now it doesn't. The main camera works fine, the closeup feature sure is handy for hooking my trailer up. I miss it.

 

Perhaps your truck didn’t come with a backup camera from the factory? Mine did not but I added a camera. The aftermarket camera looks almost identical to factory, so much that most would not know that it was aftermarket. However, since it is not oem my “zoom” button does not work AND I have no dynamic lines. Just like yours.
