Default Broke Down

So on my way home from work, I get off my exit as usual; The light turns green and I step on the gas. As I hit the gas I hear a loud pop out of my exhaust and suddenly I lose power. So here I sit on the back of my truck waiting for a tow truck. Not sure what the issue is but I hope they fix it soon.
Of course I start vacation today.

Offhand i'd say that isn't good. Hopefully you get a loaner if its a serious issue.
Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

I know about your vacation thing when this happened.
Seems lately timing conflicts aka Murphy's Law is working against me too and for the worse.

That sucks, I'm sorry. Luckily its still under warranty so it'll get fixed. Let us know what actually happened so we can keep an eye out.

Well shoot... return that tonneau cover ASAP!

But I’m curious what caused this too.

This is why I'm wary of buying low mileage fairly new used vehicles. I always have a feeling that they're a problem somebody unloaded. I would feel better buying a 2013 with 75,000 miles on it. It was probably a good truck but the owner probably was just ready for something different.

I trade my 2015 in with 17000 or miles on it. My lease was over. Good truck I just needed something I could tow with so moved up.

So after waiting 2 hours for Ford's local tow truck, I finally got to the dealer. Turned it on to get it off the truck and it barely turned on and was shaking like crazy. They are going to look at it tomorrow but could be Monday before they find out what is wrong with her. I'm glad it happened near my house and not in Atlanta. That would have been a nightmare during rush hour on a Friday. Have to call tomorrow about getting a loaner because right now I'm on the foot express. I hope I didn't get into a lemon but glad it happened while still under warranty. I'll keep everyone posted.
