It's only a lot of "if's" because you don't let on to where you're at. That seems to go in one ear and out the other. I live in Michigan and if you're not in Michigan how the hell can I help you? Have you even googled the laws for the state you're in when it comes to a non-injury, single car accident on private, commercial property? Your answer is actually for the poster who asked about why your insurance isn't covering your problems. For you, If you want to believe all states have the same rules\laws when it comes to auto insurance and everyone has the same answers for you, that's up to you.

Yea I know, I wasn't saying you did anything wrong. Just that I always tell my self what to do in certain situations in the hope that I do what I'm supposed to if/when it happens.

I don't understand if there is a police accident report as long as you have full coverage your own insurance should pay for it.
Unless you are no running fulled coverage. With a loan full coverage is required and even when I pay cash I run full coverage with a $500 deductible for instances like this.
I had something similar to this before on private property and all was covered by my insurance company.

Put a jack under there, get it back in place, clean the separated area real well then mig weld it back together. If you get it close the alignment shop will take care of the rest.

Yes sir and IF you should live in a state where you might have options other than your vehicle insurance you insist you don't want anyone to tell you what those options might be. Oh well, too bad. Good luck.
its been years ago but I had an incident and the pos ran. My ins agent was able to get it covered under uninsured motorist in the assumption that the guy didn't stop because he didn't have insurance. Of course that was years before you would get a dui for smelling beer at a baseball game.
