Default Bent frame HELP/Direction needed

I Unfortunately happened to bend this front piece of the frame on my 2017 F150. Any suggestions or advice besides the obvious body shop, prying it back out so the lower control arm can move as it should? That or cutting off the rest of the Peace where the weld is starting where the tear begins and replacing it with another twin piece (cut off from another f150) and Welding that back on. These are the only ideas I could think of.

Passenger side

Front driver side

Squeezing lower control arm

This is the tear that I'm worried will rip if I tried to pry from the bottom away from the control arm

that frame is already weakened, if you go prying on it, / trying to straighten it, you will only make it weaker

call your insurance company, the proper repair more than likely will be section the front frame rail, other wise you will never get the truck to keep alignment/ tires on it

suspension attachment points are VERY crucial

I got ran off the access road by some road rage freak doing about 45-50mph and ran over 3 or 4 curbs in a parking lot. I tried to save it as much as i could but it all happen so fast plus it was night. The first curb was higher then the average curb. All 4 tires popped and 3 out of 4 rims bent. Especially the 2 on the driver side where the bend in the frame is. By the grace of G me and my wife are okay and nobody was hurt. Insurance i have wont cover it, thats out the option list to keep it short.

Damn.... Glad to hear you guys are safe.

I'm guessing the douche got away? I guess you couldn't exactly chase him with a bent frame and 4 blown tires.

Good luck with the repair, and hopefully it's not too hard on the wallet.

Single vehicle accidents can be unusual depending on the state you live in. If it happened on private, commercial property an entirely new set of rules may apply depending on the state. Yes sir and IF you should live in a state where you might have options other than your vehicle insurance you insist you don't want anyone to tell you what those options might be. Oh well, too bad. Good luck.
