Default Bedhop?

The ride on my Lariat 4x4 is amazingly solid, tight, & rattle free but I'm getting bedhop at freeway speeds and skipping offtrack on really rough, chunky roads.

Had it hop with 3 MX bikes & 3 dudes in cab also.
Any way to minimize this? Had a shop suggest some type of shackle change?

Shocks will help control this. They have different rates of compression and rebound. I am not sure exactly which ones to choose though...

The 2007 Toyota Tundra's really suffered from this, I am not sure what they did to fix it. It was a big complaint on the Tundra forums.
